Description - FlexMAX self-steering trailer

The FlexMAX dolly trailer owes its name to its great flexibility in adapting to the length.

Using a turntable on the tractor unit, or in combination with a 2 or 3-axle dolly in front, the agile FlexMAX can transport even the most extreme loads of considerable weights.

The dolly trailer FlexMAX is available in 2 different versions depending on the cargo:

Weight-optimised self-steering trailer for the transport of long trunks

Built on 2 or 3 axles, this version of the self-steering trailer is suitable for the transport of long timber.

Self-steering trailer for the transport of long material

Built on 2-5 axles, the chassis are equipped with air suspension or hydraulic suspension. The latter applies to dollys with pendle axles, which can be fitted with either 19.5" tyres or the lower alternative with 17.5" tyres.

These trailer combinations are suitable for transporting:

  • Self-supporting long material
  • Precast concrete elements, concrete beams
  • Steel bridge elements, steel beams

Do you aim high? The MAX510 lowbed proves to be the suitable means of transportation when every millimeter counts. You can also supply your vehicle with pendle-axles. The MAX510 features a low loading platform and a bogie with 2-3 axles. Your MAX510 is easy to load from the front thanks to the removable gooseneck. If needed, the loading floor is extendable for more flexibility. Additionally, you can benefit from the proven pendle-axle technology for this version. All the models are set on a standard width of 2,540 mm, except for the pendle-axle variant that has a width of 2,740 mm for the 3-axle version.

ModulMAX modular trailers

ModulMAX is a series of combinable transport modules with 2-6 axle lines for off-road and on-road operations. The modular vehicles are equipped with 215/75 R17.5¨ twin tyres and are available in a basic width of 3,000 mm.
